If you are looking for a cafe that makes a strong tasting coffee, then this is the place. The easiest way to describe it is Vittoria coffee without the burnt rubber. So yes, it was drinkable, but nothing I would personally seek out.
As I do with cafes that only serve a house blend, I ordered a mac with only a little bit of milk (as per usual), and while the first attempt was certainly closer to a piccolo latte, there second attempt was better. Still had no layers, but my expectations had already dropped enough to enjoy it for what it was.
In all honesty, compared to the other cafes in this shopping centre, these guys do a good job. The staff are super friendly, and it looked popular with the locals.
