Forsyth Cafe - Naremburn
Every time I visit this cafe I reminds me of when I worked at Cafe Hernandez back in the day. It has the same old school charm, a massive array of different coffee blends and staff who really want to make sure you get the best coffee experience. Though these hardest thing you’ll have to overcome when you come here is….deciding which coffee to try.

Today I went with the Tanzania Blackburn Estate single origin as an espresso and, while I missed the bigger whack of brightness that I was expecting (and probably more evident in a pour over coffee), it was thoroughly enjoyable. What was really surprising was how long the buttery, chocolaty after-taste stayed around. Not unpleasant at all…

Then I went for a espresso from the classic Burundi ( Mumirwa region) and loved the difference between the Tanzanian coffee. The bright lemon citrus cut through really well, and didn’t stay around too long (which was also a plus). It felt almost like a cleansing coffee that sets me up to have….another…at some point… soon… 🙂

So when you come here ( and you should), be sure to come inside, check out the various rooms, sit back and enjoy a great coffee (or two). They do have seating outside but personally I love the feeling inside the cafe more.
