What I’ve been drinking – Ethiopian Djimmah Mustafa Natural

Starting with the dry aroma, it smells like a rich, fruity, natural Ethiopian, but as an espresso, it develops so much more. Tasting alot like Xmas, there was a heady mix of mixed spice, fruit, and a rich port. As the coffee goes down I get a warm chocolate and a great mouth feel.

Fitting that much into a small coffee is a trick. Getting it out that balanced is and art. **hat tip** #wellplayedsir
