Starting the day with a Ethiopian Gera Jimma from the west coast of Ethiopia was an awesome choice. While a little sour on the front, it really opened out and developed into an awesome warm coffee. This crisp, warm, earthy espresso was exactly what I was looking for. I need to remind myself to avoid the home blend in favour of this one when ever possible.
