Double Espresso – Brazil Single Origin – Dose Espresso (32/40)

In short….Yummy! Having spent 20+min walking to this cafe from Chatswood only to find that it was already closing, I was not looking forward to the T/A only cup of single origin. Not a fan of paper cups I was therefore extremely happy to see that I had been served in a proper espresso cup. More than that, I was particularly happy with the flavours that the Santa Ines Yellow Burboun presented.

The stated floral notes of this light/med roast were there in abundance. As it kind of sat there on my tongue, the creamy nuttiness seemed to appear and disappear with each breath as the bright, slightly citrusy and oh so enjoyable coffee warmed my mouth. Totally worth the effort.

It was especially nice to be in a cafe where everyone working there obviously had a knowledge and love of my favourite poison.
