I had heard a lot about this cafe from friends, but had never been able to find it. While that is mostly as I had not spent much effort seeking it out, it still was a little off my usual beaten path. Having been led by the hand to this local the other day, I had no more excuses and so gave it a go.
The first thing that I noticed was that this cafe falls into the category of those trying to push what coffee types are available. It has the cold drip, the syphons, and of course, that espresso machines.
Naturally I went straight for my usual mac, and was happy to see that, while there was a bit more milk than I prefer, the crema was a nice golden colour with no hint of bitterness. Yet another cafe using 5 senses coffee that really knows how to use it.
I can now see why my friends were such a fan of this cafe. Worth checking out.
